Breast Feeding Week

As a part of the World Breast Feeding Week Celebration 2021, the Department of Child Health Nursing, NUINS conducted a Health Education program on 'Breast Feeding Week' at Mithapadu Anganwadi, Kenchila on 3rd August, 2021.

On this occasion, Mrs. Jeevitha Alva, Lecturer gave a health talk on 'Breast Feeding' and Prof. Sujatha R, HoD explained the techniques, different positions of feeding and storing breast milk. The mothers gained knowledge regarding breast feeding and verbalized the effectiveness of this health education program.
