Inauguration of the global Health Program for Denmark students - batch I

An Orientation Day program was held for the first batch of students from Denmark under the Global Health Program on 4th September 2024. The program commenced with the chief guest, dignitaries and Danish students lighting the lamp. Prof. (Dr.) Fatima Dsilva, Principal, NUINS welcomed the audience.

Dr. Syed Riyaz Ahamed, Dy. Director, International Relations, Nitte University was the Chief Guest of the program. In his guest talk, Dr. Ahamed highlighted the rich cultural and linguistic diversity at Nitte University and emphasized the importance of having students from various countries. During the program, the faculty members & students got introduced to one another.

Ms. Sarita Fernandes, Ms. Latha and Dr. Nalini explained to the Danish students what was expected of them in the upcoming schedule. Ms. Jincy KS, International Student Coordinator proposed the vote of thanks and compered the program.
